We are a near-zero waste bakery concept with sourdough as our focus, creating a healthier lifestyle for ours and surrounding communities. We aim to convert the traditional bakery to a modern healthier base. Moving toward a health conscious ingredient list, including frying doughnuts in tallow and eliminating harmful chemical dyes in our baking. We would like to be a basis of a new movement in the industry, leading with experimentation and shared knowledge of our findings.
