During an HBOT session, you will be in a soft shell chamber that goes up to 1.3 ATA, which is considered mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Typical sessions last between 30 to 60 minutes. Since it's a soft shell chamber, you can usually bring your phone or a book.

**What should I expect during a Red Light Therapy session?**

A typical Red Light Therapy session lasts about 20 minutes. We recommend wearing light clothing and avoiding any jewelry that conducts heat for your comfort and safety during the session.
