Firstly, we offer real estate guidance to help families buy, sell, or relocate near excellent schools and childcare facilities. Secondly, we run a licensed childcare program that caters to children from 6 weeks to Pre-K age. We specialize in supporting military families, first-time homebuyers, and those seeking down payment assistance in their real estate journey. 

**How do I get started with the home buying process as a first-time buyer?**

As a first-time buyer, your first step would be to understand your budget and get pre-approved for a mortgage. We provide guidance on what to prepare and what to expect in the process, but we recommend speaking with licensed financial professionals for specific advice. Once you're pre-approved, we can assist you in creating a shortlist of neighborhoods based on your commute, budget, lifestyle, and school preferences. 

**What support do you provide for VA and military moves?**

We offer comprehensive support for VA and military moves, helping families understand and navigate the homebuying journey. This includes preparing for the move, understanding the homebuying process, and connecting with local resources. Each family's situation is unique, so we encourage a conversation to provide the most accurate and helpful advice.

**What childcare services do you offer?**

Our licensed childcare program serves children from 6 weeks to Pre-K age. We operate from Monday to Friday between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We also offer tours of our facility from Monday to Friday between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. Tuition is on a sliding scale, which is discussed during the tour. 

**What is your approach to down payment assistance?**

We provide guidance on pathways to down payment assistance. However, we carefully note that eligibility and program details can vary. To provide the most accurate information, we encourage a conversation so that we can understand your timeline and goals, point you towards the best local options, and connect you with the right lender or resources if needed.
