Our packages include The First Sketch, which is a trial package; Designer Foundations, our monthly core offering; and Scale & Refine, a full-service growth package. Our policy is that packages are locked in monthly, with a 30-day written notice required for any changes or cancellations. If you commit to a longer duration, we offer discounts for 6- and 12-month commitments. Invoices are managed via autopay and all terms are detailed in the service agreement. In terms of refunds or changes, a 30-day notice is required.
