**Is The Recovery Forge Initiative a substitute for medical care or legal advice?**

No, we are not a substitute for emergency services, medical care, legal advice, or clinical diagnosis. Our primary role is to offer emotional support, practical guidance, and resource navigation to individuals transitioning from incarceration and/or addiction. If a visitor expresses intent to self-harm, harm others, or is in immediate danger, we advise them to call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, U.S.) or 911 immediately.

It is a mutual relationship between two people where I support the individual who may need help navigating the recovery industry or recovery in general
