**What is the travel policy of The Sweet Slow?**

We are based in Pine Bush, NY and primarily serve within a 70-mile radius. Travel within this radius is included in all packages. For locations beyond this radius, additional travel fees and accommodations may be needed.

**What are the policies regarding booking and cancellations?**

Our typical booking timing is 6-12 months in advance. Events booked less than 2-3 months in advance are subject to a 30% scheduling fee. Once a package is chosen, we secure the date upon contract signing and receipt of a 50% nonrefundable retainer. Details regarding refunds beyond the nonrefundable retainer, cancellation terms, and rescheduling rules will be confirmed in the contract.
