**What is the booking process for Thee Experience?**

To book a party with us, you can fill out the form on our website at https://www.canva.com/design/DAG_MI1Oec8/50jdHOuYD6VYyb7IbzaVkQ/edit. We'll collect information such as your name, email, phone number, child's name and age, the occasion, preferred theme, and any special needs. We also want to know your dream party ideas and emotional goals for your child.

**What is Thee Experience's payment and cancellation policy?**

Payments can be made through cash, card, CashApp, or check. We require deposits for custom work, which are non-refundable. The balance is due 2 weeks before the event. In case of emergencies, families can reschedule to another date, but the deposit does not transfer or refund.

We are based in Emporia, VA, 23847, and we serve the local and regional community. Our events are in-person, and we can accommodate special requests for local travel.
