We'll collect information such as your name, email, phone number, child's name and age, the occasion, preferred theme, and any special needs. We also want to know your dream party ideas and emotional goals for your child.

**What is Thee Experience's payment and cancellation policy?**

Payments can be made through cash, card, CashApp, or check. We require deposits for custom work, which are non-refundable. The balance is due 2 weeks before the event. In case of emergencies, families can reschedule to another date, but the deposit does not transfer or refund.
