Open Waters is a virtual healing circle hosted by Tide and Temple for those carrying grief on Mother's Day. This edition holds space for two communities: mothers who are grieving, and those who are grieving a mother.
Facilitated by a licensed social worker and grief-informed practitioner, this session offers collective healing through reflection, community witnessing, and somatic grounding rooted in cross-cultural wellness frameworks.

Guided opening & grounding practice
Trauma-informed, culturally affirming sharing space
