Counseling
"When you're the person holding everything together for everyone else, you need one place where you don't have to put on a face or filter your words. Iron and Heir matches you with a credentialed counselor outside your personal circle. It’s a completely confidential space to drop the weight, sort out the noise with someone who actually knows how to help, and get back on solid ground."

Grounded Peer mentorship support group
Based on the Iron and Heir NPO operational framework and sources, the peer-based meetings (also structured as Personal Support Groups or "Grounded Circles") are structured, non-medical peer environments designed to foster mental wellness, personal resilience, and authentic brotherhood. Charging a fee creates a barrier for men experiencing stress, isolation, or financial hardship—the primary population you are aiming to serve. You are free to donate to the organization but it is not required to just sit and talk.
