This training addresses the many ways trauma affects the brain, and how to be conscious of trauma when conducting day-to-day business with members of the public. The training covers specific language to use and avoid, how to effectively communicate with those who have experienced trauma, how to care for yourself when you're working with trauma survivors, and more.
