Sangha House NOLA is a sanctuary for mindfulness, healing, and community, rooted in mindful meditation and the historic 7th Ward of New Orleans. We provide accessible spaces for silent meditation, mindful meals, and community-led retreats, offering individuals the opportunity to cultivate stillness, resilience, and connection. Our mission extends into engaged, compassionate action—responding to the needs of our community through mutual aid, nourishment, and collective care.
