**What is TruuLegacy's approach to payments and refunds?**

At TruuLegacy, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure all bookings and classes. The balance is due on the day of the service or class. We do not offer refunds after the service or class has been provided, but credits may be issued at management’s discretion. In case of cancellations, we require a 48-hour notice, and no-shows may risk future service.
