**Do you accept insurance at Tualatin Valley Physical Therapy?**

We operate as a cash-based clinic. This model allows us to offer transparent pricing, faster appointments, and one-on-one visits without any insurance restrictions. However, if you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide documentation for you to submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement. Please note, we do accept auto and workers’ comp insurance.

**What does a typical visit cost at Tualatin Valley Physical Therapy?**

Our standard rates are as follows: evaluations are priced at $299, follow-up visits at $229, and running assessments at $499. We also have packages and memberships that can reduce the per-visit cost. These options are listed on our Pricing page, and we ensure to confirm everything up front so you know exactly what to expect.

**Do you offer standalone shockwave or laser therapy sessions?**

We do not offer standalone shockwave or laser therapy sessions. When we use these advanced modalities, they are incorporated within our regenerative performance programs as an adjunct to rehabilitation. Our goal is to ensure the best results, which means using these therapies as part of a comprehensive plan, rather than a 'quick fix'.

**Do you work with runners, lifters, CrossFit athletes, and martial artists at Tualatin Valley Physical Therapy?**

Yes, we commonly assist active adults and athletes, including runners, lifters, CrossFit enthusiasts, martial artists, and weekend warriors. Our goal is to help you move better, recover faster, and return to what you love without insurance delays or confusing bills.

**What should I expect at my first visit to Tualatin Valley Physical Therapy?**

Your first visit will involve a comprehensive assessment, goal-setting, and planning of care. We focus on providing 1-on-1 care that is personalized to your needs and goals, whether that involves returning to sport, improving mobility, or reducing pain. We prioritize clarity, empathy, and outcome-oriented guidance to ensure you have a clear understanding of your recovery process.
