We provide structured shared housing for adults 18 and above in Salisbury and the surrounding communities. This involves independent structured residential living, where residents must adhere to house rules and community living standards. It's important to note that we do not provide medical care, personal care, treatment, therapy, medication management, clinical supervision, detox, or any licensed facility services.

**What are the key requirements to qualify for housing at Turn The Tide Pathways, LLC?**

Residents must abide by our zero-tolerance policy for drugs, alcohol, and weapons. Any violation results in immediate removal. Additionally, prospective residents must have some form of funding before moving in. This could be employment income, SSI/SSDI, vouchers, approved assistance, sponsorship, reentry support, or other verified sources.

The resident agreement and the first month's fee are due at or before move-in.

**What does the standard screening process include?**

Standard screening may include elements like a background check and references, but it varies from case to case. We discuss the details during contact.
