**What are the top rented items at Twelve21 Events and how much do they cost?**

We specialize in event rentals and some of our most popular items are the White Folding Chairs which are $2 per chair for a 3-day flat rate. We recommend renting them in bundles of 10 for convenience. The minimum chair rental is 5 chairs. White Folding Tables are another popular choice. The 6ft tables are $10 per table and the 8ft are $12 per table, both for a 3-day flat rate. Lastly, our Gold Circle Backdrop is a favorite at $45 for a 3-day flat rate. 

**How does the booking process work at Twelve21 Events?**

Booking with us is simple and done completely online. First, you pick your dates for pickup and return. Then, add items to your cart, you'll be able to see what's available in real time. Finally, checkout and pay the deposit to secure your booking. Payments can be made via credit card or Visa Debit through our online store. 

**What are the pickup and drop-off times for Twelve21 Events?**

Our pickup and drop-off times are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We're conveniently located near the Detroit/Redford border, near 6 Mile/Beech Daly. We'll share the exact pickup location once the booking is finalized. 

**What is the policy for changes, cancellations, and refunds at Twelve21 Events?**

Minor changes to your order are accepted 15+ days before the event. However, please note that deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, we do not offer refunds for items canceled with less than 30 days' notice. Also, no refunds are given for unused rentals. 

**What is the cleaning policy for the rented items?**

Items should be wiped clean before return. If items are visibly dirty or dusty, cleaning fees starting at $50+ will be charged. Please note that our tablecloths should not be washed.
