twrk is a mobile-first job platform that uses AI and a swiping interface to match job seekers with roles they actually want and recruiters with pre-curated candidates (think: Tinder for jobs). Unlike traditional job platforms that rely on outdated keywords and filters, twrk personalizes the experience for both job seekers and recruiters by making the process faster, more relevant, and less overwhelming. Perhaps counterintuitively, we're using AI to humanize the job-search experience.
