**What is the process for creating a custom quilt with Umi’s Comfort?**

The process begins with a consult where we discuss the project's storytelling and design direction. Once you've paid the deposit to reserve your spot, we provide guidance for garment drop-off or shipping. Throughout the creation process, we provide updates and ultimately arrange for delivery or pickup.

**What information does Umi’s Comfort require from me for a custom quilt order?**

We ask for the type of quilt you want, the story or occasion it's for, your timeline, the number and type of garments you want included, your size preference, and any specific color or themes you want incorporated.

**How long does it take to make a custom quilt with Umi’s Comfort?**

The timeline depends on the size and complexity of the quilt, as well as our current schedule. We suggest booking a consult with us to confirm the timeline and availability.

**What is the cost of a custom quilt from Umi’s Comfort?**

Pricing varies based on the size and complexity of the quilt. We can provide a tailored estimate after learning more about your project details in a consult.

**Does Umi’s Comfort work with different materials like baby clothes, uniforms, denim, and mixed fabrics for custom quilts?**

Yes, we generally work with all these types of materials. We'd like to know what materials you have and if there are any delicate or special items. We confirm all material details during the consult.
