Usefull is Dallas-Fort Worth's first refillery and zero-waste shop, focused on making sustainable living easy, accessible, and positive for our community. Our mission is to protect our planet, reduce plastic pollution, and foster thoughtful, sustainable consumption. We offer a range of refillable personal care essentials and household basics, along with curated low-waste, plastic-free everyday products.

**How can I shop at Usefull?**

You can shop at Usefull by visiting our physical store or by shopping online at https://www.usefullco.com. We offer local delivery to certain Dallas-area zip codes with a minimum order of $39 (delivery fee $5.99) and free delivery for orders over $80. We also offer free shipping for orders over $80 to all continental US locations.

**What are your most popular products?**

Our most popular refills are soaps, rosemary and mint shampoo, ylang ylang ginger conditioner, lavender body wash, and Laurel & Mint body lotion. We also offer a range of refillable household basics such as dish soap, laundry detergent, and all-purpose cleaner.

**What is your refill process?**

For online orders, products are refilled into clean, sanitized reused bottles in preset sizes and delivered locally if eligible. For in-person refilling, you bring your own (washed & sanitized) containers or use our new/reused bottles at the shop. You can also return empty bottles at any of our markets for reuse.

**What are your policies on returns and refunds?**

We maintain a friendly, straightforward policy with no pushy sales. We always assist, but never hard-sell. Refunds on refills are not available. Customers are required to clean and sanitize containers for in-person refills. Online orders use clean, reused bottles.
