**What states do you serve?**

Valor Ridge will operate as a virtual behavioral health provider. Services will be delivered through licensed clinicians who are authorized to practice in the states where clients reside. We are currently working with state licensing agencies and preparing to serve clients in multiple states. **Is therapy confidential? Will this affect my job?**

Yes. Confidentiality is a core priority at Valor Ridge. Mental health services are protected by privacy laws such as HIPAA, and information about your care is not shared with employers or agencies without your consent except in very limited circumstances required by law. Our programs are specifically designed for trauma-exposed professionals, and we understand the importance of privacy and trust when seeking mental health care.
