Born Twice Transitional Communities

Born Twice provides safe, supportive transitional housing that creates vibrant, intergenerational communities. We bring at-risk youth and isolated seniors (55+) together to share wisdom, skills, and companionship. Our mission is to break cycles of poverty and loneliness by fostering a "chosen family" environment. Through structured programs, we offer life skills, mentorship, and career readiness to youth while providing seniors with purpose, community, and support.
