    We Inspire the Next Generation Employment Training Service (WING-ETS) provides vocational training to empower young women and neurodiverse individuals aged 15-22 in gaining independence and competitive integrated employment. We offer individual, group, and on-site job skills training that addresses appropriate workplace behaviors. We also have a customized job placement process to assist our clients in locating, securing, and retaining employment.
