**Are there any compatibility concerns with the Reacher Keeper products?**

Yes, please do not use our Reacher Keeper with folding or collapsible reachers. Our products are best suited for 26-inch and smaller reachers. If you have a folding/collapsible reacher or a reacher longer than 26 inches, we recommend emailing us at wheelchairability@gmail.com for a compatibility check before purchase.

**What areas do the NEMT services cover and how can I schedule a ride?**

Our NEMT services cover Baltimore City and surrounding counties. Rides are by appointment only and scheduled directly with the driver. To schedule a ride, please email the following details to wheelchairability@gmail.com: Rider name, best phone number, pickup address, drop-off address, date, pickup time, and/or appointment time, confirmation of a motorized/power wheelchair, and any securement/access notes. We'll respond with availability and coordination details.
