**What is Workfits and how does it work?**

Workfits is a managed circulation system for professional workwear capsules. We assist early-career women and job seekers in accessing curated outfits for interviews, first days, and career transitions. The process is simple. You sign up on our website, choose a workwear capsule which typically consists of 2–5 coordinated garments, wear them for your occasion, then return them to us so they can be re-circulated.

**Who can use Workfits services?**

Our primary audience includes recent graduates of workforce programs, community college students, interns, and early-career job seekers, with a special focus on women. We also collaborate with workforce organizations and colleges in structured access support for cohorts.

**What differentiates Workfits from other similar services?**

We provide curated, coordinated capsules specifically designed for interviews, first days, and career transitions. Our managed circulation and tracking systems maximize garment utilization and lifespan. Plus, we operate a live workforce pilot model in collaboration with community partners, such as workforce organizations.

**How can I sign up to use Workfits services?**

You can sign up to use our services by visiting our website at https://workfits.co/auth. After signing up, you can choose your workwear capsule and we'll take care of the rest.

**Where is Workfits available?**

Currently, our pilot operations serve the San Jose area through partner deployments. However, we are looking to expand with partners, so we encourage interested individuals outside of this region to sign up for updates at https://workfits.co/get-access.
