I started WYA Investments to tackle the shortage of quality housing in our area. Many rentals in our community are poorly maintained and uninhabitable, which is disheartening to witness. We recognized a chance to make a positive impact, providing better housing options while establishing a self-sustaining business. Our vision is to generate sustainable income and contribute to our community's improvement through well-maintained housing.
