**What is the Founder Freedom Audit?**

The Founder Freedom Audit is a 48-hour diagnostic service we offer at Xtraordinary Solutions. We identify areas where your business heavily relies on you and provide a 30-day action plan to help alleviate these dependencies. This service is perfect for founders who want clarity fast and a prioritized plan.

**What if I need to reschedule my session?**

You can reschedule your session with Xtraordinary Solutions given that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Please note that reschedules requested within 48 hours may incur a fee or be forfeited, at our discretion.

**Are there refunds if I'm not satisfied?**

At Xtraordinary Solutions, we strive for your clarity and success. However, due to the nature of Founder Freedom services, once the session is completed and deliverables are provided, we do not issue refunds. If you need further clarification on your action plan, we are more than happy to provide a follow-up guidance session.

**How does the Own Your Own Crown™ (OYOC) framework fit in?**

Every offering from Xtraordinary Solutions is built on the Own Your Own Crown™ (OYOC) framework. This unique approach helps you shift from being the bottleneck in your business to becoming the architect of your business growth. The OYOC framework is at the heart of our operational strategy and execution, helping to identify founder-dependence and operational bottlenecks, and implementing systems, workflows, and AI-supported solutions.

**What's included in the Founder Freedom Intensive or Partnership?**

The Founder Freedom Intensive includes a half-day deep dive into the OYOC framework, a DIY toolkit for self-guided OYOC implementation, one follow-up call, and access to one GPT for operational support. It is best for founders ready to start implementing immediately with guided structure. The Founder Freedom Partnership, on the other hand, is a done-for-you OYOC implementation service that includes systems, workflows, AI integration, and monthly strategy and execution support anchored in OYOC principles. It is best for founders who want ongoing implementation and momentum.
