I offer trauma-informed yoga and somatic therapy to support women and teenage girls dealing with stress and anxiety. Through body-based practices, breathwork, and nervous system regulation, I help clients feel grounded, calm, and empowered. My sessions provide a safe space for healing and lasting inner peace. Services are available in both individual and group formats.
