Care2Empower is a business led by Dr. Carrie Young-McWilliams that provides advocacy, consulting, coaching, speaking, and publishing services focused on mental wellness, cultural awareness, social justice, and educational equity, with a particular emphasis on supporting students and families in navigating special education processes like IEP reviews and 504 meetings. What makes her unique: She is a mother of a child with special needs, an educator, and an activist.
