Your Life, Your Way is an integrative healing arts and advanced hypnotherapy practice based in Midland, TX. I offer one-on-one sessions, group therapy, and end-of-life doula support. Free 15-minute phone consultations are available by appointment. Sessions can be in-person or via Zoom.

**How much do the services cost at Your Life, Your Way?**

The initial appointment, which includes intake forms, coaching, and hypnotherapy, is priced at $125. Ongoing one-on-one sessions are $75 each. Group therapy sessions start from $60 per person. Packages are also available. All payments are due at the time of booking.

I operate from Monday to Thursday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM local time.

**How can I book an appointment with Your Life, Your Way?**

Please include your name, phone number, the issue you want help with, your preference for in-person or Zoom sessions, 2–3 preferred times (between Monday and Thursday, 11am–8pm), and whether this is your first time with hypnotherapy (Yes/No). **What is the cancellation policy at Your Life, Your Way?**

Payments are due at booking and are not refundable. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged.
