Our agency practices the High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) services, these services are evidence based and focus on dedication to families. Our agency not only focuses on the success of our families, but providing our staff with support as well. This is a difficult field, staff well being is often overlooked in the interest of billable services. This creates significant turnover of employees. A pillar of HFW is consistency and persistence, this leads to subpar delivery of services to our families.
