This business is my answer to a problem I’ve witnessed for decades: young people, especially those from underrepresented communities, are rarely given the tools, mindset, and mentorship to become entrepreneurs, innovators, and leaders while they’re still young. Y.E.S. is more than a coaching business. It’s a movement that helps youth discover the CEO within — to transform their passions into purpose, and their ideas into income.
