**What are the operating hours for Zohocorp's delivery services?**
We operate from Monday to Saturday, 24 hours a day. However, we define after-hours as the window between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Please note that we are closed on Sundays, with no exceptions.

**What is the service area for Zohocorp?**
Based in San Antonio, Texas, our standard delivery area extends up to 100 miles from the city. However, some destinations may be outside the standard radius, and in such cases, we confirm the service availability on a case-by-case basis.

**How does Zohocorp's delivery pricing work?**
Inside the San Antonio zone, we charge a $20 flat fee. For areas outside city limits, we have distance tiers: an additional $5 for the Seguin area and similar nearby towns, $10 for Castroville, Floresville, New Braunfels, and similar-distance surrounding towns, and $15 for farther runs up to the 100-mile service limit such as Austin and Kerrville. We confirm these on a case-by-case basis. Also, please note that deliveries scheduled during after-hours (between 10pm and 6am) incur an additional $20 flat fee.

**What is Zohocorp's policy on stops during delivery?**
Our service includes up to 2 stops in the original transaction. For example, a pickup and a dropoff, or a pickup, one stop (at a store, P.O. Box, storage unit, etc.), and then a dropoff. Any stops beyond the included 2 are optional and priced at our discretion; we will confirm any added cost before proceeding.

**What is Zohocorp's wait time policy?**
We do not wait longer than 20 minutes at a pickup or stop. If a delay occurs, we will send a message or call. If the delay will exceed 20 minutes, we will either leave and reschedule, or proceed only if the customer approves any added cost or revised timing. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

On call for customers and I cater to all crowds under 75 ppl and as long as arrangements are made ahead of time.
