We're in the process of updating the Manage Membership so you can upgrade or downgrade your Subscriptions all on the Skip Dashboard — this includes Skip Plus, Skip Premium, and Skip VIP.
If you wish to cancel your Skip membership, please let your Concierge know or you can email us at hello@helloskip.com. Regarding the Skip refund policy: If you cancel within 48 hours of your membership becoming active you're eligible for a full refund or statement credit. If you cancel after 48 hours but before 7 days, you're eligible for a 50% refund or statement credit. No refunds will be given if you cancel 7 or more days after your membership becomes active.
