What You’ll Need to Transfer your Vehicle Title in Delaware
- A completed assignment of Certificate of Title section on the back of the title. Be sure to include the buyer's name and address, date of sale, purchase price, and Odometer Disclosure.
- The buyer and seller must sign, date, and time it.
- The seller must complete the proof of sale section on their registration and mail it to the DMV.
