  • Properly signed title or manufacturer's certificate of origin (MCO/MSO).
  • Proof of car insurance.

NOTE: If there is a lienholder recorded on the title a lien release will be required. The lien can be released on the title, a notarized lien release, Form TR-150, or a letter from the lienholder releasing the lien.
