This will enable us to respond quickly and accurately. We encourage customers to start their orders as early as possible to ensure better product options, smoother production, and on-time delivery.

**What is the typical turnaround time for orders?**

The typical turnaround time for orders is 7–14 business days after artwork approval. However, rush options may be available depending on the product and our production schedule. If you have a deadline within 7 business days, we advise you to email us immediately. While we cannot promise rush availability, we will certainly check its feasibility.

**Are there any minimum order requirements?**

We do not have strict minimums for many items, and small runs are often possible depending on the product and decoration method. However, we would like to inform you that pricing improves with quantity.
