**What is 1mpactFULL?**

1mpactFULL is an action-first platform in development that aims to help individuals and organizations transform ideas and compassion into impactful actions. The platform's anticipated features are designed to assist users in discovering causes and volunteer opportunities, connecting over shared goals, developing initiatives, accessing practical guidance, and sharing stories of positive impact.

**What is Acorn Academy?**

Acorn Academy is a child-led educational app under development, which is part of the broader 1mpactFULL initiative. This app is designed to help children recognize, record, and celebrate their positive actions. The actions can range from helping themselves, aiding others, accepting assistance from adults, caring for their community, or supporting the environment.

**How does Acorn Academy support writing and literacy?**

Acorn Academy supports writing and literacy through Heidi, a friendly puppy guide. As children record their positive actions via writing or drawing, Heidi provides age-appropriate encouragement and asks insightful queries to help children express deeper meanings. During this process, Heidi also serves as a child-friendly dictionary and thesaurus, supporting literacy development.

**How is children’s privacy protected in Acorn Academy?**

Acorn Academy is being built with a strong focus on children's privacy. The app will not include options for photos or open chat. Children can express themselves through writing or drawing, and any future public sharing will only use a child's first name and age. The app will not collect any information from children or ask for private or sensitive details.
