Your journey with us begins by filling out our Discovery Form. Through this form, we gather essential information about your project needs, budget, timeline, and more. Once you've completed the form, we'll follow up with you personally to discuss next steps and start your project journey together.

**What is the payment process at B|E Collective?**

Our payment process is straightforward. We ask for a 50% deposit upfront with the balance due at the completion of your project. We're open to discussing payment plans if you need them. Please note that once we begin development on custom or creative work, we do not offer refunds.
