OUR MISSION: Breakthrough: Deaf Advocacy Plus Independent Living Center strives for inclusivity of Deaf consumers under effective communication required in American Disability Act Title II regulations in a consumer-run facility serving individuals and collective, people with disabilities, as everybody works toward establishing further civil rights and equity for all people under the A.D.A.
