**What services does Cmconsulting provide?**

At Cmconsulting, we offer a range of services aimed at assisting with electronic device issues that others might consider "unfixable." Our services include forensic-level data recovery for failed drives and devices, board-level diagnostics and component-level repair involving micro-soldering and advanced electronics troubleshooting, advanced hardware failure triage, and informational guidance on small-business continuity basics such as backup best practices, risk reduction, and minimizing downtime.

**What makes Cmconsulting different from other businesses in this field?**

We set ourselves apart with our board-level/component-level expertise, which goes beyond mere parts swapping. We approach every case with a forensic-style recovery mindset that includes careful handling, thorough triage, and risk-aware steps. While we are based in Montgomery, AL, we can potentially offer remote assistance or accept shipped devices depending on the case specifics.

**How can I get help from Cmconsulting?**

The most direct way to receive our help is by booking a consultation on our website at https://cmconsulting.skipsites.com. This will allow us to gather the necessary details about your case and follow up quickly. The information we'll need includes your name, email, device type, brand/model (if known), a description of what happened, your primary goal (data recovery, repair, or both), data priority, urgency, any prior repair attempts, and any constraints.

**What if I don't know the cause of my device failure or data loss?**

At Cmconsulting, we specialize in advanced diagnostics and triage. We can determine the likely failure mode and what an evaluation would involve. We'll ask focused questions to qualify the issue and offer tailored options based on your answers. Our process is designed to be as empathetic and efficient as possible, particularly for customers who are stressed about lost photos or files.

**What are Cmconsulting's payment policies?**

Our pricing depends on several factors, including the device, the type of failure, and whether the goal is recovery, repair, or both. To get a clear understanding of the potential costs, we encourage customers to book a consultation so we can review your case and outline the options.
