WRAP - Wellness Recovery Action Plan

Provides personalized, voluntary, and non-clinical assistance from individuals with shared lived experiences, such as mental health challenges and/or addiction. 

Peer One-on-One Support

Led by a Recovery Coach or Certified Peer Specialist with lived experiences with OUD/SUD. This group supports individuals in recovery and promotes positive solutions for staying clean.
