**What can you tell me about the customization options available for your furniture pieces?**

At Exotic Mission Furniture, LLC, we offer a wide range of customization options to create the perfect piece for your space. This includes custom dimensions for our benches and stools, a selection of exotic woods based on tone and grain, and various patterns and materials for seat weaving. We guide you in selecting the right options, ensuring the piece fits perfectly with your space and style.

**What are the popular sizes for your benches and stools?**

Our standard bench size typically accommodates 2 people and measures 48 inches, while our larger bench seats 3 people and is 72 inches long. The typical proportions for our benches, suitable for entryways, include a seat height of 16 inches, seat depth of 18 inches, and overall height of 36 inches. As for our stools, the standard seat size is 16" x 16", with a typical height range of 28"–30", varying by counter/bar height. These dimensions can be customized to your needs.

**What exotic woods do you work with and how do I choose the right one?**

We work with a variety of exotic woods, each offering unique tones and grain patterns. Some options include Canarywood for a light tone, Zebrawood for a medium tone with dark streaks, and Leopardwood, Padauk, and Bloodwood for rich red tones. For a dark brown tone, we recommend Wenge or Peruvian walnut. We can assist you in choosing the right wood species based on your preferred tone, room colors, and whether you desire high-contrast grain.

**What is the process after I submit the contact form on your website?**

After you submit the form on our website, we will reach out to discuss your wood color needs and confirm all details. This will allow us to create a piece that matches your vision and fits seamlessly into your space.

**What is your policy on pricing, payments, and delivery timelines?**

Pricing for our custom furniture depends on several factors, including dimensions, wood species/grade, weave style/pattern, finish direction, and complexity. We require a 50% deposit to begin custom work, and due to the custom nature of each piece, orders are generally considered final sale. The typical build timeline is 6–10 weeks, which may vary based on complexity, material availability, and our current workload. We do not accommodate ultra-rush deadlines. Please contact us to discuss the specifics of your piece and receive a precise quote.
