**What is the cancellation policy at Grow My Soul?**

Grow My Soul considers refunds on a case-by-case basis if a booking is cancelled within 36 hours of the original booking. We always aim to be trauma-aware and never high-pressure, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for our clients.

**Does Grow My Soul offer services for non-English speakers?**

Yes, we gladly use a translator for non-English speakers. We are proactive about accessibility and are open to all ages, backgrounds, and needs. We aim to offer a service that is inclusive and culturally sensitive.
