**What is the story behind Harper’s Rainbow Brew?**

Harper’s Rainbow Brew was born from a story of love and loss. Our granddaughter Harper was a baby when we had to say goodbye. We created this brand to honor her bright presence and hope she represents. Coffee has been a comforting ritual in our lives, and we wanted to spread this comfort and connection to others through our brand.

**What are the key offerings of Harper’s Rainbow Brew?**

We offer a variety of coffee and tea products. Our coffee range includes blends based on flavor preferences and roast level, flavored coffees, single-origin selections, and specialty blends. We also offer sample packs for first-time buyers, gifting, and exploring our range. In our tea offerings, we have Harper’s Evening Tea, which is an Earl Grey named after baby Harper.

**How is the coffee at Harper’s Rainbow Brew sourced and prepared?**

We source 100% organic, Fair Trade beans and roast them in small batches. This process ensures every bag is fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully crafted. Our focus is not just on providing a drink but an invitation to pause, breathe, and appreciate what matters most.

**How can I brew Harper’s Evening Tea?**

To brew Harper’s Evening Tea, you need to use 195°F water and steep it for 6–7 minutes for a balanced cup. You can go up to 10 minutes for a stronger brew. Use about 2.5g of tea per 12oz cup. If it tastes too strong, you can shorten the steep time next time.
