**What kind of handcrafted beaded jewelry does Holly's Handmade Creation offer?**

Holly's Handmade Creation specializes in unique, handcrafted beaded jewelry that reflects individuality. Our core offerings include beaded necklaces, bracelets, rings, and anklets, all of which can be customized. We also offer premium statement items like beaded headwear, including headbands, tiaras, and custom statement headpieces.

**How does Holly's Handmade Creation handle shipping and returns?**

For orders with a subtotal over $50 (before tax), we cover up to $5 of shipping. For orders $50 or less, the customer pays for shipping. Our returns policy allows for returns within 15 days of purchase. After this period, we cannot accept returns but can offer alternative support such as repairs, if applicable.

**What is the turnaround time for custom orders at Holly's Handmade Creation?**

Typically, the turnaround time for custom orders is between 9 to 14 days. However, this may vary depending on the complexity of the design and our current volume of orders. We do not guarantee arrival by a specific date without prior confirmation.

**Can Holly's Handmade Creation repair my beaded jewelry?**

Yes, we offer a repair service starting at $20. The customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. Please note that all original pieces must be provided. If pieces or beads are missing and require replacement, the repair will be treated as a custom order, potentially affecting the price and timeline.

**What makes Holly's Handmade Creation different from other jewelry brands?**

At Holly's Handmade Creation, we pride ourselves on creating handcrafted, not mass-produced, jewelry. We provide personal, consultative recommendations and have a strong focus on custom beaded designs and statement pieces. Our aim is to help customers find pieces that match their style or gifting needs, making each piece unique and special.
