We offer a variety of pet care services, including boarding (overnight), doggy daycare, drop-in visits/in-home care, USDA-certified pet transportation, pet waste removal/cleanup. We also have an online store for pet supplies.

Our service area covers East Memphis, Germantown, Cordova, Collierville, Bartlett, Olive Branch, Southaven. Services are also available in Piperton & Millington but a distance fee applies.

**What are Hound House 901's operating hours?**

We operate from Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:30 PM for daytime services. Sunday daytime services are available by request. Boarding/in-home sitting may include overnight care. We are open on all holidays.

**What is Hound House 901's cancellation, refund, and credit policy?**

For cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled start, refunds will be granted. If it's less than 24 hours before the scheduled start, refunds will not be granted, but clients may receive a credit toward future services at our discretion.
