Our travel planning process begins with you filling out a trip planning form and scheduling a consultation. During the consultation, we ask a series of discovery questions to better understand your travel goals, destination wish list, group/family size, comfort and safety priorities, past travel experiences, timeline, budget, accessibility needs, and inspiration. Based on your responses, we provide up to three tailored travel ideas or booking suggestions.

**What are the fees for Inclusive Escapes' services?**

We charge an upfront service (research) fee of $75 per trip for up to 10 travelers, and $100 for groups of 10 or more travelers. This fee is for research only and is not applied to the cost of the trip.
