We provide intuitive life coaching with a specific focus on trauma recovery. Our services include relationship insight and restoration support, and trauma-informed communication. Our mission is to support individuals who have been impacted by trauma, injustice, and systemic challenges. However, it's important to note that we are not a replacement for licensed medical, mental health, or legal professionals.

We provide grounded, practical guidance while honoring spirituality and use our lived experiences to offer empathy and mission-centered support. We work together with our clients to help them find clarity, process emotional weight, and reconnect with their inner strength.

**Who are your primary audiences?**

Our primary audiences are adults seeking spiritual clarity and grounded insight during relationship transitions or emotionally complex seasons, survivors of trauma and individuals carrying deep emotional burdens, and people impacted by injustice or involvement in “the system” who want empowerment and healing.

**How can I book a session with you?**

You can easily book a session with us through our booking link at https://calendly.com/lucidsoulrising/30min. Depending on your preference, we offer a 30-minute quick clarity session and more in-depth intuitive life coaching sessions.

**What is your service area?**

We are based in Medford, Oregon, but we also offer remote sessions for those who are not in the area. If you prefer an in-person session, we can arrange it upon request and confirm scheduling and location details via our booking platform.
