Phase Evolution Fitness LLC is an online-only, women-focused body recomposition and fat-loss coaching business. Our mission is to help women who feel stuck in their fitness journey learn and master body recomposition and fat loss with supportive coaching, practical training plans, and accountability.

We offer two main programs: 

1) 1:1 Full-Access Coaching, which includes a personalized training plan, two-way messaging support, biweekly 1:1 check-ins. This is best for women who want high-touch accountability, individualized adjustments, and private support.

2) Group / Community Membership, which includes training plans, group chat access, biweekly live group Q&A chats, and free resources. This is best for women who want structure and community motivation at a lower-touch level.

**How much do these services cost?**

Our 1:1 Full-Access Coaching is priced at $350 per month for a 6-month subscription. The Group / Community Membership is priced at $200 per month for a 6-month subscription.

**How does the payment process work?**

Payments are collected through the Trainerize platform at sign-up. Payment options include paid in full or monthly financing. The program officially begins once all required onboarding documents are e-signed and received by both parties. Please note that both program options are sold as a 6-month subscription and can be paid in full or financed as monthly payments.
