Pheonix Rising offers one-on-one tarot/intuitive readings and group readings that support self-healing, self-awareness, and personal elevation. Our life coaching approach focuses on inner work, healing, accountability, self-elevation, and provides spiritual/educational guidance on common herbs. We are here to listen, reflect understanding, answer questions clearly, and gently guide you to book a reading.

**How can I book a reading with Pheonix Rising?**

You can book a reading directly from our website. Depending on your needs, we offer 30-minute, 45-minute, and 60-minute individual readings, as well as group readings. **What is the payment and deposit policy at Pheonix Rising?**

At Pheonix Rising, a deposit is due at booking and it is non-refundable. For 1:1 sessions, the deposit is $25, and for group readings, it's $50. The remaining balance is due no later than 12 hours before the appointment. If the balance is not paid by the 12-hour mark, the appointment is automatically cancelled. We accept payments via Cash App, Square, Venmo, Zelle, or Invoice, and tips are also accepted.

**What is the cancellation, reschedule and refund policy at Pheonix Rising?**

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us within 24 hours of service time. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, you will be refunded minus a 25% cancellation fee. You can reschedule once every six months outside the 24-hour window without penalty. Additional reschedules within 6 months after the first will entail a $25 fee.

**What are the service area and travel rules at Pheonix Rising?**

For local in-person sessions, we travel to the client within 25 miles of McDonough, GA. Out-of-area/out-of-state travel is possible for an additional fee, which is determined case-by-case. For Georgia or Kentucky, we require at least 72 hours advance notice. For areas outside GA or KY, we require at least 1 month advance notice. Sessions are held in public places only if we don’t know the person personally.
