Phuong’s Pepper Paste began in our family kitchen — a blend of bold Vietnamese flavors, generations of tradition, and a whole lot of heart. What started as a homemade staple quickly became a favorite among friends and neighbors, and today, we’re proud to share it with you.

Our founder, Phuong Ho, created this pepper paste as a way to bring the comforting heat of Vietnamese home cooking into everyday dishes. From the very beginning, she’s crafted every batch by hand in small, shared kitchen spaces alongside other local makers — because community matters just as much as quality.

Each jar is a family effort. The vibrant label artwork was created by Phuong’s daughter, Stella, bringing her personal touch and creativity to every product we share.
